Elisabluh Was Just Emulating Rhea

I am glad you have no intentions of coming off anon either way. But I do want to throw in my two cents. Elisabluh has always had an unhealthy obsession with Rhea, and with Rhea posting about AR lately and how it is a "cesspool" it was bound to happen. I think she was just attention seeking and trying to get her idol to pay attention to her and praise her as she has done several times before when Rhea points at someone she doesn't like. It isn't Rhea's fault for elisabluh's actions, and I am not shifting the blame on her, but because that blow up was so spectacular and frankly out of the left field, I just wanted to give you some clarity as to why it happened.

I understand it is frustrating to handle things and you are allowed to feel anger at such awful baiting comments, and you admitted you were wrong. So don't let Elisabluh's crappy and hypocritical behavior get to you. :) Keep modding on!

Oh, don't worry, I wasn't really angry at the baiting comments! Like I was saying before, I made my peace with my past mistake and I can't really be mad at it since it's not something I intend to let happen again. I just didn't want to get people worked up because I know that a lot of anons really worry about me and my feelings a lot more than I personally do, so they'd go to defend me and take the bait; that's really all I was trying to avoid.

Elisabluh should just ask Rhea on a date already and spare the rest of us the trouble, lmao.

as far as this anon personally is concerned, the incident that elisabluh was baiting everyone with was over and done with and settled. you apologized, have been doing better since then, it's whatever.

what DOES kind of bother me is the outright screening of her wank thread post. freezing out of control discussions in the wank thread seems reasonable, there were a few examples of that on the same AR post, but freezing bait posts or posts rehashing old drama is different from just completely disappearing them. it does almost seem like an abuse of power that you removed complaints about you when that is not standard policy for wank thread topics that have veered off track or are considered out of control. in a way, i feel like it legitimizes what she was saying. i appreciate your willingness to create an open dialogue through this post and your communication on AR, and i'm not advocating for you to come off anon or get dragged into an on-site discussion of your past actions with elisabluh. but in the future if things like this come up again, just freeze the thread, link back to this post, and be done with it.

or, if you're going to go that way, adopt a policy of screening/deleting ALL objectionable wank thread discussions. there's plenty of bait threads on AR, but prior to this i can't remember any of them being screened specifically and only for the stated reason of "this was wank bait". it does make you seem like you're taking advantage of your position to shut down discussion of you a little bit, you know?

That's fair enough, my only real thought process behind screening it wasn't to obfuscate her accusations but instead to prevent more threads branching out in the main post or just getting reposted and continued in the wank thread. I wasn't really thinking of much outside of that but I definitely understand the way my actions looked outside of my own head at this point.

I think that in the future, when threads happen about that incident, I will let the other mods decide what to do with it since they are more impartial than I am on the subject and have more flexibility to come back and change the state of the thread.

I'm not really mad but I'm not sure why the comment where I was answering those test questions was screened? Is there a rule against helping nons with their homework? Or was it considered off-topic because I didn't want the FR payment?

I ain't mad really, but I only had like 5 Qs left lol.

I admittedly did not check every comment because the top comment and majority responses were cheating. I just nuked the whole thing because I skimmed and saw questions being answered.

It's not really a big deal and that anon probably should go to a tutor on the school grounds instead of conscripting people online with fake pets.

thanks for the response. I still don't get what rules were broken though - helping people cheat on their homework is against AR rules?

Sorry for the huge delay in response but it's more like we didn't want to risk the FR staff finding that and contact us again. We've had contact from Undel before about cheating threads so we keep a clamp on anything that might be considered cheating.
